Sue is the most dedicated and hard working person you could find. Often burning the midnight oil to get her highly regarded property detail back to her clients next day. She runs the company along with her husband Neil.
Running the business along side Sue, Neil is responsible for the Lettings Management and financials of the business. His priority is to make sure that his landlords get paid on time and in full and providing up to date support for the landlords in a clear and easy to understand way.
Paul is our full-time dedicated Sales Progressor. He has worked in Estate Agency since 1995 and is not only the most knowledgeable member of our team but is probably the most conscientious, working long into the evening progressing sales on behalf of our vendors and buyers.
Joe has been working locally for the last seven years as an estate agent and we are extremely proud that he chose to join the Iles and Jenkin team. Qualified in both sales and lettings, Joe is able to speak with you about either of our services and give you professional advice, to enable you to make a considered decision with your prime asset.

Jess is absolutely fundamental to the smooth operation of every aspect of our Iles & Jenkin office. Due to her wealth of knowledge in all aspects of estate agency, Jess can and does proactively attend to all administrative tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the office and your sale.

Daniel comes from a sales orientated background, having joined the company in 2014. A relaxed and friendly person, he will do his best to achieve the sale. Dan is a keen footballer in his spare time, playng for his local team.

We were all thrilled when Katie joined our company in July 2017, having moved back to Weston-super-Mare from Bristol where she worked briefly for another agency. Katie helps to put you at your ease and is always prepared to go the extra mile for her clients.

Laura joined Iles and Jenkin in a newly created and exciting role as Client Care Assistant earlier this year. Her remit is to take responsibility for looking after all of our clients throughout their journey with us, as we firstly market and then sell their home, giving regular updates and acting as liason.
